As the Visual Communications Manager for the College of Arts + Architecture at UNC Charlotte, I played a crucial role in crafting and executing branding and marketing collateral. My responsibilities involved designing a diverse array of materials to promote events, educational programs, and recruitment efforts, with a particular emphasis on vividly communicating the dynamic, varied, and exciting events happening throughout the college. It was essential to convey the energy and innovation of these activities, and to that end, I frequently created custom illustrations and took photographs to enhance the visual impact of the collateral, ensuring each piece was not only engaging but also a true reflection of the college's vibrant and evolving environment.
My role encompassed a broad range of design work, including the creating of printed materials such as books, booklets, and posters that captured the essence of the college's events and programs. I also designed and developed digital graphics, animations, and website to engage online audiences and enhance the college's digital presence. Additionally, I was involved in designing exhibition spaces and environmental graphics that contributed to the immersive experience of the college's physical environments.
